4 Socks a Season - what's it all about!

Well, 4 Socks a Season is, surprisingly, about knitting socks! But I guess that's already in the title ... so let's define this a bit more!

There are a lot of Knit-Alongs and Challenges out there on the WWW, and now there is one more!

The general thought behind 4 Socks a Season, or 4SaS for short, is to knit 4 socks in three months, or for the hardcore sock knitters out there, knit 4 pairs of socks in three months. And that's it!

"Season" in general is already defined in many ways, and to keep things easy we'll define it here like this:

Spring: April 1st - June 30th
Summer: July 1st - September 30th
Fall: October 1st - December 31st
Winter: January 1st - March 31st

This way you have at least a full week after the astronomical end of one season to finish the last sock!

So what do you need to sign up? Just write me an Email at peachyknits (at) gmail (dot) com and I'll send you an invite so you can come along and post pictures of your progress!

There will be buttons in the future to put on your blog, they should be ready by April 1st! You can join any time, also when a season has already begun, as it should be fun for all participants, and no stress behind it. Participating socks can also be participants from other KALs!

Have fun knitting Socks - that's what it's all about!
